Details: Original structure was built in 1984 and totally transformed and restored in 2017. Project team worked through a number of unique challenges and one of the rainiest seasons on record, in San Diego, to successfully complete this 3-story, 24,000 sqft TI.

Projects this size experience a multitude of revisions before specifications can be finalized, so it was imperative that correspondence was a daily occurrence for everyone involved.  Working closely with the project team eliminated costly breakdowns that might otherwise have caused delays for a venture of this scope.

ASGF was able to collaborate with end-user and interior designer to present, identify and select furniture and finishes for the space that matched both, a stylish (Coastal/Industrial) interior as well as the client’s bottom line.  Total team work made this project a complete success!
